Mark Weisenmiller is a Partner at Andersen & Beede, where he focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and complex insolvency, bankruptcy litigation, including nondischargeability proceedings and avoidance actions, and collections involving domestic and offshore trusts and similar asset protection devices. Mr. Weisenmiller has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients through the chapter 11 restructuring and liquidation process, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, committees, and liquidating trusts.
Prior to joining Andersen & Beede, Mr. Weisenmiller was an attorney at prominent Las Vegas bankruptcy law firms and served as a judicial law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Nevada from 2010 to 2012.
Mr. Weisenmiller was selected as a member of Southern Nevada’s “Legal Elite” by Nevada Business Magazine in 2017-2019 & 2021-2023, to Best Lawyers Magazine in 2020-2024, and to the Mountain States edition of Super Lawyers Magazine in 2021-2023.
