Lindsay Ager is an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada, where she serves as the office’s civil health care fraud coordinator. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Lindsay was a litigation associate at Fennemore Craig, P.C., and she was a law clerk for the Honorable Philip M. Pro, the Honorable C.W. Hoffman, Jr., and the Honorable Brenda Weksler of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She remains engaged with UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, her alma mater, where she has taught legal writing courses as an adjunct professor.
