Bidding Opportunity – Request for Quotation (RFQ)

The U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada (Court) located in Las Vegas is in the process of replacing the projector and screen in our Jury Assembly Room. The Court is reaching out to request your lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote for this replacement.

Please note that the following technical specifications are required:

  • Laser Projector
  • 13,000 Lumens
  • WUXGA (1920 x 1200) pixels
  • Aspect Ratio 16:10
  • Lens for projector to screen distance of about 63 feet.

Additionally, we require a projection screen suitable to handle brightness of a side wall that is all windows, such as:

  • Da-Lite product 3716L
  • Wide, 87″ x 139″ or 164″ diagonal
  • HD Progressive 1.1 Contrast

Please include the following details in your quote:

  1. Is your bid based upon:
    • Open market pricing or
    • GSA FSS contract (if so, please indicate the contract’s number) or
    • Judiciary-wide contract/BPA (if so, please indicate the number)?
  2. Product and Specifications:
    • Provide detailed information about the projector, including specifications such as resolution, pixel pitch, brightness, lens details, and any other relevant features.
    • For the projection screen, include details such as dimensions and type.
  3. Installation Lead Time:
    • Indicate the estimated lead time required for installation after the award.
  4. Removal and Installation Costs:
    • Include the cost to remove the current projection screen and projector and to install the new projector and projection screen.
  5. Integration Costs:
    • Specify the cost to integrate the projector with our current Crestron control system.
  6. Warranty:
    • The court requires a minimum 5-year warranty for the new projector. Please include warranty terms and any additional costs associated with extending the warranty, if applicable.
  7. Judiciary Terms and Conditions:
  8. Response Time: no later than by July 24, 2024, 5 pm PST.
