Amanda Perach is a partner at McDonald Carano LLP and practices in the areas of bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. In the context of her civil litigation work, Ms. Perach’s engagements have ranged across a wide array of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, retail and finance. With respect to her bankruptcy practice, Ms. Perach’s experience covers representation of creditors, official committees of unsecured creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations. Ms. Perach also previously served as president of the Federal Bar Association for the District of Nevada.
